    Oh dear! That doesn't sounds like fun. Have you updated the app and firmware since Friday? If not maybe that can get you sorted. If you're still going round in circles though please let us know (and also which phone you're using).

    I am having exactly the same problem, I left it a few months to see if the firmware was updated, but it still does not vaguely work.

    Such a hassle to send it back...grrrr...
