I had thought my Beeline wasn't working properly and so I visited the offices one day to ask for help.
I was immediately made to feel welcome by the entire team and they took the time to carefully answer my concerns.
The problem wasn't Beeline at all, it was my own impatience and lack of care in reading the instructions correctly. I couldn't understand how the arrow was rarely pointing in the direction I knew it should. It was the calibration. I simply hadn't calibrated my bike as I hadn't understood the vital importance of this. Once I did it, all went well.
I'd like to thank the team who are wonderfully supportive, warm, friendly and very helpful. I'm taking my lovely Beeline to Amsterdam tomorrow and will be cycling around the city for over two weeks exploring and discovering new places. I'm looking forward to seeing how effective Beeline truly is as a navigation tool around the city. It's a nuisance having to recalibrate for every bike, but it's a price well worth paying for such an excellent piece of kit.
