    Hi Frederik,

Sorry to hear that you haven't had a great experience so far! Peter's exactly right re. the new version. We should be able to make a general release of it very soon and calibration will happen in the background as you set off cycling. No more bike gymnastics!

For the disconnection - that definitely shouldn't be happening. Please could you shoot us an email at support@beeline.co with the name of your phone and the email address that you use for Beeline and we'll take a look into what might be going on there.

We're doing our best to get you Beelining better as quickly as possible.

    Cheers,

    Kate

    Hi Frederik,

Sorry to hear of your problems with calibration. What version of the app are you using? A possible light at the end of the tunnel is that Beeline have just introduced a GPS-based approach to calibration which doesn't require the handlebar-turning ritual: just ride and go! It's been on their beta version for a few weeks now, and as I'm a beta tester, I don't know whether it's part of the main release now, particularly as a new version was released a few days ago. But it's pretty darn good.

As for the disconnection and closing of the app... no I've never had those problems. Have you tried updating the firmware on your Beeline?

    Peter

I'm relatively certain I'm on the most recent releases for both app and Beeline. Just in case I'm making the wrong assumptions: firmware version V2.0.985, app version 2.1.1547.
