    Hi Ken,

Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately we can't support iOS 13 as it is still in beta at the moment. Please could you try with iOS 12? It should work perfectly with that for now and we'll be prepared for it to work perfectly with iOS 13 by the time it is on general release!

    Cheers,

    Kate

Same here. iPhone XS Max with the latest Beta of iOS 13 running. The beeline app shows: „Could Not obtain peripheral instance“ when I try to update my firmware. The Moto stays in the updating firmware screen, then comes back to the normal screen. Navigation seems to work.

Please get into bugfixing before the release and be prepared :) just a friendly heads-up ;)

Had the same issue so I loaded the app onto an iPad running iOS 12, then paired the device to it. Firmware updated successfully.

Thanks everyone. I downloaded the app to my son’s phone and it immediately updated. It is pretty slick.

    Hi everyone,

    is this problem still unsolved?

I received my Beeline yesterday (yay!) (connection works without any problems) and the App (using iPhone XR with iOS 13.0) says, there is a firmware update for the Moto (Firmware-version: 2.5.0).

After pressing the update button the Beeline shows "Moto is updating Please wait..." and the App says "unexpected error occurs - could not obtain peripheral instance".

After round about 2 Minutes the Beeline restart and ask "Where to?" and the App shows that a firmware update is waiting (Firmware-version: 2.5.0)...

The Beeline works fine, so at this point I'm a little confused if this update is needed or should I wait till there is a solution for the iOS 13 difficulty?

    Greetings from Germany

Okay, I just updated the Beeline App on my Phone... After that I could update the firmware version (2.5.1725). No Answer required; shame on me...
