No charging and no replies

    How did you see it was not charging? Because when I charged mine it did not say so on the screen or anything. But when you turn on the device you can use the left/right buttons to see it's charging (there you can also see the battery percentage of the unit and your phone when paired and using the app).

    I'm asking/saying this, because perhaps your unit wás charging and is all right after all. Which would be a good thing I'd say ;-)

    After 1 hour hour of charging on the base I am assuming that my battery percentage should be increasing if all was working.  I am 1% lower.

    Make sure you twist the beeline into the base.

    Yeah...I found it a bit fiddly to get the charger contact points aligned with the ones on the unit

     I received contact from support after a couple of days.  It has been determined that my charger is faulty. They are sending a new one.

    Hey guys! Just catching up with this :). Glad to hear that you got your charger sorted, Roger. Sorry that you had an issue. Thanks to everyone else for jumping in to help :). We'll usually try to get back to all emails within 24 hours but we are still a tiny little company of ten people so it is normal for us to take a day or two to get back to everyone. Thanks to all of your support we are growing so hopefully we'll have some more hands on deck very soon!
