    Hey Bodo,

Glad to hear that you like the look of it!

Hmm....sounds like there is something going on with the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Beeline Moto. Looks like you've been in touch with us at support@beeline.co :). We'll do our best to get you sorted asap!

Wow, thanks for the really fast reply!

Hmm, I'm using a miband activity tracker via bluetooth, but that worked fine with bt headset, connected car, etc. Could that be the problem?

I've also got an Essential PH-1 and it's working fine for me. The Beeline will display a spinning arrow wheel until you start moving above a certain speed as explained here - https://ridebeeline.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025035833-Auto-backlight-and-auto-calibration - to calibrate itself.

Is this the problem you're having?

The same symptom as above appeared after the firmware update.
    I tried https://ridebeeline.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025035833-Auto-backlight-and-auto-calibration but it didn't work.
    I can't even reset it.
I'm sad that it only works for a few days after it arrives.

    Is it just my environment?
Is the firmware update failed and corrupted (However, the update ended smoothly.)...

Hey 8bit Tiny, please email us at support@beeline.co if you're having any ongoing issues! We can take a look into what might be happening here. I haven't heard of the Essential PH-1 before but thanks @Andrew for jumping in to say that it is working well on yours - that is v hopeful :)

thx response Andrew , Beeline Team !

    This situation continues.
This trouble has happened before at 'Beeline'
Once the battery is used up and recharged, it will reset and the situation may improve, so I will try it.

If that doesn't work, I'll take a picture of it in action and call support (I have no way to take a video safely.).

I hope you get better soon... My BeelineMoto

hey everyone, it may help others as well:

thanks to the help of the support team it turned out that i forgot to check that you must have android 7.0+ on your phone to be able to use the beeline moto. it works perfectly after trying it out with a suitable phone!

    thank you again, ride safe!

I'm using a Xiaomi Mi Max 3 and having issues with my Beeline Moto and the spinning wheel that won't stop spinning, if I go off the original route of my planned ride.

Once the spinning wheel starts, it just can't seem to reroute me. I've tried turning off all battery saver/optimisation settings and it just won't work. What are my options?? As this pretty much kills my journey plan, until I pull over and re-route the destination..

I have same problem as Bodo Banati at the top of this tread.   My Moto is paired to a Samsung S9+

So far I am very disappointed as I've never yet been directed by my Moto after many attempts.  I wonder if my unit is in fact faulty?

    Hey Paul,

do you have any chance to try your moto with an iphone? with that my moto worked perfectly, they seem to be much more stable (no wonder, only one operational system to work with), and it narrows down whether or not your unit is faulty.

I have been trying to use my Moto with my iPhone, Samsung Galaxy 9S and have never been able to get it to work properly.  I have raised this problem with 'Support' but not had a response from them yet.

Oh, it is sad to hear that... They reached out to me pretty quickly on workdays, hopefully you will have the same experience.
