    Just for info:

    I had this issue ones a time, directly after an update too (firmware and beeline app, I think)
    I couldn't finish the active tour neither on the Beeline device itself nor in the app.
    But I couldn't reproduce the behavior a second time.
    So maybe a onetime deadlock state.

    PS: At that time, besides the Beeline, an Edge520 and a Lezyne Micro C were actively paired with my phone. But I doubt, that the many active Bluetooth connections were the reason for that issue. Again: it never happend again.
