(beta) update failing, Bluetooth failed to pair error

    Hi Gerrit,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We've had a look and can see it in the back-end. For some reason, your device is disconnecting when you try to update the firmware. It isn't a vital firmware update, so if we can't solve the situation immediately, I would recommend denying the firmware update until the next one, but there are some things we can try.

    Please ensure your Beeline is fully charged? At low battery levels, it might prevent firmware updates in this manner.

    Can you please turn your phone on and off again?
