Hi Jack, let's look into this for you! Are you on Android or iOS?

In addition, a new problem that has developed over the last couple of days is that when a ride gets uploaded to Strava it only uploads the first little bit, maybe 0.1km , and the rest of the ride disappears. In the Beeline app it shows up fine, with correct time/distance.

When I upload to Strava the error message appears:

Expected an int but was 2161853179 at path $.id

The update has fixed the route issue, but not the truncated journey

    Hey Jack,

OK, cool - here's some potential solutions for you! Should be an easy fix!
    1) internet connection: the routes will only show when you're connected to the internet
    2) tap re-fresh: if it's still blank, tap the refresh arrows button
    3) check you're not saving the routes as private on Strava
    4) is Beeline authorised? Check that Beeline is an authenticated app on the Strava website (Explore menu > Apps)

Let me know if this doesn't sort you out!

    Cheers,

    Sam

Ah, this might be because my routes are private, is this a change recently in Strava or Beeline, as they used to be visible?

Hey Jack, we've definitely just fixed the original problem. Let's see if it solves the others too, but we'll get on to them too.

We'll do an app update this evening so if you could try these steps tomorrow, that would be fab.

To get your private routes to appear, you'll need to sign out of Strava in the Beeline app. When you sign back in, you'll get the opportunity to tick a box allowing your private routes, then you should be good to go!

We'll work on the other issues right away.

    Cheers,

    Sam

    Hi there,

Just wanted to report that I have exactly the same problem as Jack, namely only 0.1 km of the ride being uploaded to Strava: trying to upload it again returns what seems to be an error message from Strava saying the record is a duplicate. I've also twice tried deleting the uploaded journey of 0.1 km and re-uploading the journey from Beeline but I get the same outcome as Jack describes. This was from a Samsung S6. Thanks for any help you can provide :-).

I'm having the same problem with the 0.1km strava uploads; it comes up with the "Expected an int" error code every time I try. I'm using one of the Kickstarter batch Beelines, on an Android phone.

Urgh, thought I would try again today, but the upload still fails on 3/4 rides. Have stopped using the Beeline. Going to go leave some appropriate reviews
