    Thanks for getting in touch. Definitely understand why you want greater clarity! We continue to do testing and optimisation for a whole range of Android phones, and One Plus phones are not completely problem-free but we have a number of very happy One Plus Beeline users, so it appears to vary on a range of factors including Android system number and user habits. We offer a 30 day returns policy (once you've received the device) so you could always give it a crack and we'd completely refund you if a problem persisted.
