    Thanks for getting in touch. Definitely understand why you want greater clarity! We continue to do testing and optimisation for a whole range of Android phones, and One Plus phones are not completely problem-free but we have a number of very happy One Plus Beeline users, so it appears to vary on a range of factors including Android system number and user habits. We offer a 30 day returns policy (once you've received the device) so you could always give it a crack and we'd completely refund you if a problem persisted. 

    Sorry we can't give any more clarity than this - it's a complicated issue!

    Hi, do you know if the problem was fixed for the Oneplus compatibility? Or if there is a chance for a solution soon? I guess the beeline moto will face the same issue?
    In the past there was no solution to keep a Bluetooth permanent connection between the phone and the device...

    Hey Leonard and others (!), 

    We've found a fix for the OnePlus compatibility!

    Navigate to Settings | Battery | Battery Optimisation | Beeline, and set it to Don’t Optimise.

    Then when you launch Beeline, click the Recent apps button (square button at the bottom right of the phone), click the menu above Beeline, and choose “Lock”. Beeline remains active after this.
