    Hi Roger and Jeremy, sorry to hear about this issue. We do have this problem with a few unsupported Android phones, often due to how the phone optimises battery. You can check the instructions for Huawei (one of the more common examples of battery optimising killing the Beeline app in the background) here.

    I have the same issue. Disconnects after 15 - 20 minutes, then I have to restart the app.
