    Hey Andy,

    Woop! Glad to hear that it has arrived. Sounds like you are using an old version of the app. Please could you update it? We had a bug last week with the address search. 

    Re. where the arrow points - are you using it inside? You should be seeing a rotating arrow symbol under the arrow symbol, that means that it is trying to 'lock on' to a GPS location, but it can't do this inside a building because it can't see the satellites :(. If you use it outside, and travel at a speed of at least 3mph (5kph), the symbol should disappear within a few seconds.

    To clarify about the mounts, every order that was made from Dec 17th 2018 comes with the Universal Elastic Strap and Sticky Pad mounts. Other mounts will be available to purchase separately.

    If you ordered before Dec 17th 2018, you were given a choice of one mount of your choice from the following: Universal Elastic Strap Mount, Sticky Pad Mount, Bar Clamp Mount, RAM Ball Adapter, Scooter Mirror Clamp Mount. These orders will not receive the Universal Elastic Strap and Sticky Pad mounts in addition to the mount of their choice.

    I missed the notification email so was delighted to find it in the bottom of the garden-waste bin when I got home. :)
    The device itself looks great (charging now) but I can’t for the life of me get the search function to work in the app (iOS). I type in the search term and nothing happens...

    Simon, same here on Android, it was working before as my father in law's post code is in the history, if I select that it works. I don't have mine yet and no email 😐

    Anyone received tracking numbers today? I am not getting any reply on my e-mail I sent last Thursday. Looks like I will not receive my Beeline Moto before my trip this Friday. Disappointed once again.

    They are being sent via royal mail, I don't think they take parcels on Sunday/bank holidays. I'm still waiting for mine too.

    Hi everyone, 

    Quick update on the shipping - we are making good progress through the orders and shipping several hundreds of orders each day.

    Picking and packing is taking a little longer than we expected but we hope to finish shipping the plastic devices by early next week, and the metal devices by the end of next week.

    We'll update everyone then, and if you haven't received a dispatch email by the time of that update please just let us know and we'll get it sorted. Lots of dispatch emails are ending up in junk folders so it is also worth having a quick check there!

    If anyone is having an emergency situation with an upcoming holiday at the end of this week etc. please just email us at support@beeline.co and we'll see if there's anything that we can do to prioritise your order :).

    Hi Kate,

    Thanks for the update. I started e-mailing Thursday last week about my upcoming trip this weekend. Received no answer at all, Saw your message yesterday and then Victor replied on my e-mail that you guys are not able to do anything to get it at my place in time.

    That is a little bit odd as you are saying that you will see if there is anything that you can do to send the Beeline Moto in time. I am guessing it will be too late now anyway. I even asked for express delivery (costs on me).

    Could you please look into my order once again? Already had one trip without the (promised) Beeline Moto, and driving in a foreign country without navigation is pretty hard.

    Today, I received my tracking number (ordered beginning of February, Germany) :-)

    And on the weekend, I already gave the software a try to be ready when the unit arrives. Transfer of GPX data from http://www.kurviger.de was successful - if you stay with a low number of waypoints. But that's an issue already under discussion in other threads.

    So, anyone received anything yet? Ordered 19/03, asked status 12/07 got reply two/tree weeks. 16/08 update mails #12 Said two/tree weeks again. 27/08 send mail to beeline, no reply. No tracking updates.

    Hi Lasse,

    Have you received a dispatch email saying that it's on it's way to you?

    If so we need to track where it's got to.

    If not, then unfortunately it seems you're in the final batch of plastic units. Due to quality control rejecting units that didn't meet the standard, there were approx. 1000 units short in the last shipment. These have now been made and should be shipping from Hong Kong to our UK warehouse early next week.

    As discussed before, this is all part of the process of unknown occurrences when shipping for the first time. We will of course let you know how things are going but assume some time next week for the meantime, with the understanding that until they're in our warehouse it can be subject to change due to factory and logistics issues that are beyond our control .

    Ok, thanks for the update. What comes to me, I can then wait until next spring. Summer is over soon in Finland, so I don't have any use for it. Little compensation of long wait? Contact me personally..

    Hi Timo,
    Beeline is a start-up, so they better be sure to send an 100 percent item to us instead a product which is (e.g.) not water resistent...
    Software problems can be fixed in a second step, but if the hardware troubles...
    Speaking of the hardware: I am wondering, that there are just two not official „unboxing“, „first steps with“, „how it works“ -Videos on Youtube...
    The first and second batch are already send out - so: nobody want to share, how the Beeline was shipped or the connection with the Smartphone works? 🤔
