    Hey Kai

I just received mine. The battery was very flat, so plugged it into a good charger for 15 minutes. Typical man, didn't bother with the instructions :-). You have to line up the two yellow dots to get it onto the charger then twist to lock.

Once it powered up, it asks you to connect to the beeline app, I opened the app, it did a quick search and asked if I wanted to connect. Then an update which went fine. Now it's on the charger and I'm stuck at work, but I'll record my ride home and post it here.

    Everything, so far, very simple.

Shipped in a cardboard box 29x10x6 the MOTO box itself is 13x10x6 and the app software is buggy!

Lots of search problems and mine even though it had completed a journey, disabled the location access to my phone so routes would not transfer via bluetooth. The MOTO software also needs some work, the overall route/trip distance indicator is wildly inaccurate. Mine plummets early on in the journey and then does not move for a long time.

The directions etc are OK (the most important bit) but the package as a whole needs work. I suggest we will see a fair few updates.

I seem to have a spinning wheel on mine in the center - does anyone know what this means?

It self calibrates on each journey- you need to drive off and then it calibrates. I guess you are supposed to know the rough direction you need to go otherwise you'll have to do a U turn!

OK, so ordered in March, no email notification and no delivery yet...

Last email was to say that they were being delivered this week... So should I also assume that mine is now part of the final 1000 that has been delayed (again)...

Anyone from Beeline care to look me up and let me know please????

    Hey Bartosz

4 of them? Mine is the same, I contacted support and sent a photo, it's part of the molding process so according to beeline all okay and normal

    Hi Rob,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

Those lines you see are indeed not cracks! Rather they are a feature of the injection molding process that we use to manufacture the Beeline, so there's no need to worry!

I hope this helps, and happy Beelining!

    Cheers,
    Ismael

Select a route then top right and route options. It does work, but not in combination with the other two options

So should I understand that someone in the US has actually received one?  I have sent 8 contact emails and never received a response.  I was coming to this forum to see if anyone else wanted in on my lawsuit through the Secretary of State.  If some units have started to arrive, I will grit my teeth a little longer - after all, I have 5 more years to sue.

What would your lawsuit be for? Things work very differently in the uk compared with the us.

For anyone who hasn’t received theirs... Got this email this morning...

    Hi there,
Just getting in touch with a specific update for you!
Your Beeline Moto is within the remaining 20% of plastic devices that are yet to be dispatched. These will be worked through and dispatched next week. If anything changes or any obstacles appear, we’ll make sure we tell you about it.
Thanks again for your support and we hope that you have a great weekend.
    Cheers.

    Robert,

In the US, if a company gets a lot of orders and gets paid but does not deliver, the group of purchasers can join in a Class Action Lawsuit.  Instead of hiring individual lawyers, a single lawyer represents everyone.  If the group is big enough the state or federal government will get involved because of the number of people who have been defrauded.

Scott, I got the same email.  Email is cheap.

Ok I received mine and am happily playing with it this weekend. I know it's frustrating to wait but it seems to me that Beeline are genuinely working hard to get their orders out and they're battling with under-resourcing and production glitches as best they can. I've had responses to every email sent to support within 48 hrs. So, yeah, took a while but that was a risk we take buying from a startup as they find their feet.

I've received similar emails promising that it will be sent.  I wonder if I should print out the email and tape it to my handlebars?  Because email is all that I've received.  At least they contacted me after I came to the boards and threatened to sue.  (Threat is still very much in effect.)

Wmadsen65 did you not have a tracking number with the email? I received a tracking number in the email for the US postal service. It was that tracking number that have me the delivery of this Friday.

Despite my ‘specific update just for me’, telling me mine will be dispatched this week... still nothing...

‘‘Tis only Thursday so they’ve still 2 days to get one to me but I’m not holding my breathe...

I just want them to be honest... And maybe they are when they release these emails, but I've bought other items from kickstarter projects and I've had nothing but honest, up front notifications RE delays...

They must have details of everyone that hasn't had theirs yet... Just get I touch with us... Give us something...!!!!!
