    Hey @Scott and @Timo, I've just checked both of your orders and you're both in the same boat! You should both have received an email update but we should be dispatching your orders this afternoon or Monday/Tuesday at the very latest. We'll be in touch with a dispatch email when we have.     @scott - I rode to Bristol yesterday with mine, took a couple of wrong turns but I think that's more me getting used to the direction arrow & dot - it was the lane split icon that confused me. For roundabouts it tells you the exit to take, before you hit the roundabout - so that's no problem.

    So, it's tuesday evening and as I promised here's the update. @Kate, @beeline team cannot keep their promises. Still waiting. Nothing. No reply for mails. I will wait this week and after that I want my money back if Idon't receive shipping details. No more empty words. Beeline you need to take action now.

    I don't get answers either.  The sad part is that I really want this device; that's why I pre-ordered during the Kickstarter phase.  I STILL want the device.  I just don't know if it is ever going to happen.

    So I was told Tuesday at the very latest... Now whilst it is still only 4pm (ish) I'm assuming I won't get a dispatch notice... I think, regardless of having ordered ages ago, I seem to be one of the very last people to actually get it. If it wasn't going to be dispatched today, again, I would have expected to have been told...

    And whilst I accept that they want to keep selling, I do think it is a bit rich to not even have satisfied their pre-orders... their initial backers... before they sell them to new punters on the website...?!?!?

    So the reason I pre-ordered was what exactly?

    Why would they send units to the pre-orders? They already HAVE our money.  They are selling them to get more income; getting the pre-order folks doesn't give them more income, it only preserves their reputation.

    Maybe best way to act is to go Facebook and Twitter and warn other people about them. Maybe they will then take us seriosly and sent the items to keep us quiet..

    Well guys just so you know, it does not improve when you receive your unit. I got mine a couple of weeks ago and this weekend was my big ride out to test it.

    Miles covered 480, Miles that the beeline seemed to work 3, miles spent with it showing circling arrow approx 200 mile when it disconnected and just went to sleep 277. I read all the items on the website and followed the instructions and it still did not work so I contacted support and they came back and said it was a problem with my phone and wanted the details, which I gave them. Since then nothing. So I have spent all that money to have a useless disc on my handlebars. I want answers or a refund also!!!!!

    Hi everyone,
    I am still waiting for my Beeline, but I received an email last Friday:

    „Just keeping you all in the loop! Your units are still being manufactured (under Victor’s extremely tight quality control conditions) and we are currently expecting them to get on a plane in Hong Kong on Wednesday.

    They should arrive in the UK on Thursday, and clear customs by Friday. They should then be delivered to our warehouse on Monday 16th September and we’ll start shipping them out right away. If any part of this plan changes, we'll let you know!

    Other news...

    On Tuesday 10th September we’ll be releasing a batch of units on the website to some eager beavers who missed out on the pre-order special price. The units will be full retail price (£149 for plastic and £199 for metal) and will be shipped ONLY after all of the pre-order units have gone out. Just keeping you in the whole Beeline loop!

    As ever, we’re here if you have any questions. Can’t wait to get your Beeline Motos on their way, we think that you’re going to love them!“

    Hey everyone! Thanks for your comments. We are absolutely not ignoring you and I'm really sorry to anyone who feels that way. We are pouring everything into customer service at the moment (and have taken extra people on to help), so anyone getting in touch by email should absolutely be getting a reply within 24-48 working hours. 

    @Kai - thanks so much for sharing that email with everyone here! Everyone who has yet to receive theirs will have received an email update last week but these do sometimes go to spam so that it really helpful. I really appreciate it.

    @Scott - I've just checked your order and it looks like it was dispatched yesterday - woo! We check all of the previous days dispatches and send the tracking email the following day so you should receive one this morning. Beth (who is working with me on all of the customer service and logistics) is sitting across the table from me right now and will be sending out those emails in the next couple of hours. i-Koncepts is indeed the trading name of i-Fulfilment. 

    @Anthony-Simon - oh no, I am sorry to hear that your big test ride didn't go well. That is not the general experience that we have heard! We will do our best to figure it out as quickly as possible and get you loving your Beeline Moto. I've just checked your customer service ticket and it looks like Mark (one of our co-founders) is on the case. Looks like the last email was on Monday night so he will have checked in with the tech team yesterday, or will be checking in with them today, and will get back to you as soon as possible. Sometimes it can take us a few days to get to the bottom of phone issues - we do everything we can from our end but there are some phones that have BT protocols that can make things quite tricky!

    @Wmadsen - absolutely not meaning to ignore you guys and you are 100 percent our priority over prospective customers! I've seen your latest email arrive in my inbox and I issue you with a refund right away. I'm really sorry that it didn't work out in the end and thank you so much for your support. 

    @timolajunen - I've just checked your order and it is at the warehouse 'awaiting dispatch' :). You would ordinarily receive your dispatch email tomorrow but I will keep an eye on your order throughout the day and will send you your tracking info as soon it pops up on the system. I have reassigned the email thread that you have with Ismael to myself so you can email me directly from now on. I'm not sure why it didn't go out yesterday and I am really sorry that it didn't.

    @Stuart blain - you are in exactly the same boat as Timo! It looks like the ticket you had with Ismael is closed so I will email you personally from my direct email address this afternoon/evening, as soon as I have your tracking number. You will also receive the dispatch email tomorrow

    @Williamadamesq - great news, thanks for letting us know! And for backing us :) 

    I think that I've replied to everyone - if I have missed everyone please just let me know. THANK YOU all for your continued support. We really appreciate it and we hear your frustration and will learn from it. 

    We are all young and growing (just like our business, hopefully) and we are always working our absolute hardest to do better. The last few months have been totally overwhelming for our tiny team and we'll be hiring some extra hands as soon as we can. We have heard from loads of people that they love the device (most people only come to the forums when something is wrong - which is normal!) - and we hope that you all love your devices too. We won't be taking our feet off the pedals even once everyone has received theirs - then the work of updates and improvements really gets going. 

    Thank you again for making this all a possibility and for your patience and understanding.

    @Kate I have no problem with being critical towards someone/an organisation if I believe it is justified, however, with this belief you also need to be man enough to praise said people/organisation when it is justified too.

    So, with that in mind, I wanted to say thank you for this update... Full of detail and up to date info, which is all everyone has been asking for...

    Thx for confirming that my dispatch was indeed from you, and I am looking forward to testing it out for myself, and not relying on other individuals' experiences to cast judgement.

    I think I, along with everyone else, desperately want to be excited by this product (and I still am), however, the communication on delivery has been short of what a lot of folk find acceptable, and I am super pleased to see that this is something you guys have recognised and are addressing.

    Seeing as I have been vocal in my disappointment on the process so far, it will only be fair for me to also come back here, after I've had chance to test it out, and comment also... Hopefully in a positive light :-)

    @Scott Mountifield - thank you for your kind message. It made me smile :). Looking forward to having your feedback and hoping that you have every reason to love your device. The coolest thing about connected hardware, though, is that we can push lots of updates to the device for years to come so we LOVE getting feedback and hearing new feature ideas so that we can keep the device getting better and better. Please let us know if you think of any new features once you get out and about!

    Device arrived :-) 

    Sorted the handlebar mount (although the with the largest loops being too big the smaller loops are at 'FULL' stretch) and aim to take it for a spin later today or tomorrow and test it out. I guess this thread is kind of finished now as most (I assume) either have their devices or have had this dispatch notices...???

    Will still come back here and give my honest thoughts...
