    Hi Oliver, if you press and hold the bottom button for 30 seconds that will reset it! If you're still having trouble please just send us an email at support@beeline.co and we'll look into it!

    Hey Jon! Have you been in touch with us at support@beeline.co? If not, please could you email us with your phone model, your Beeline app version, and info about when this first occured? Have you been able to use your Beeline Velo successfully in the past? Have you had any problems before etc.? Thanks!

    Hello,

     

    I sent an email several days ago. It is nothing related to the phone because it's not even connected. I don't know how it happened but I was going to use one day and it didn't connect or pressing buttons would not work at all. It worked for a couple of weeks, and now it is frozen.

    I have the same issue. Same screen shown, the Beeline logo with the arrow at the top of the screen. Completely unresponsive. I've tried charging it for a while but that hasn't helped and there is no power or reset button to reset it.

    Hi,

    I experienced the same thing and was just about to write to support. But once i connected my phone, my beeline "woke up" again and works fine.
